Abstract


With the development of market economy of our countries and entering the WTO, small and medium-sized enterprises obtained fast development and became the important part of the national economy and has become a motive that our country economy developed quickly and continuously, but the financing difficulty has become the obstacle that small and medium-sized enterprises further develop. This problem not only exists in our country, but also is a world topic, so we should find out the solving methods and countermeasures combining with our actual situation.This thesis begins with the definition and division of small and medium-sized enterprises, in order that fix the researching object on the enterprises with dense labors, and every enterprise’s sales volume is under 50,000,000 yuan RMB and their employees are less than 500. Subsequently the thesis illustrates the characteristics and position of small and medium sized enterprises’, and positively analyse the contribution and benefit of small and medium sized enterprises’. Next the thesis apply Information Asymmetry Theory and Transaction Costs Theory to analyse the problem of small and medium sized enterprises’ finance academically. Following parts base on the academic analysis. The third part of the thesis makes use of graphs and tables of the data to illustrate the present condition of small and medium sized enterprise’ finance in China. Immediately the thesis analyses the reason why small and medium sized enterprises’ finance is very difficult in the perspectives of the enterprises, banks, capital market and policies. After draw comparisons among all kinds of financing mode of small and medium sized enterprises’, the thesis draw a conclusion that the feasible mode of small and medium enterprises’ financing is small and medium sized banks. According to the collecting data of production of small and medium sized enterprises, the loan balance of small and medium sized banks and large state-funded commercial banks, the thesis takes measure to analyse the function of small and medium sized banks to promote small and medium sized enterprises. Finally, the thesis use the experience of developing small and medium sizedbanks in Japan and Taiwan for reference, and give some advice about developing small and medium sized banks, in order to make better in small and medium enterprises’ financing.
