Abstract


A new round of curriculum reform of basic education has been initiated, as a result, the new course has been undergoing great changes in its goal, structure, content, implementation and evaluation under the completely new ideology of curriculum reform, the core of which is the teaching reform. How should a teacher teach their course? In this article, the author systematically and thoroughly explores some issues as well as the teaching strategies within the following three stages: teaching preparation, teaching operation and teaching evaluation. The author does so by means of document study, theory study and case study, which are based on analyzing the foundation of mapping out or selecting the teaching strategies, of which the teaching process is the thread.This article consists of four parts:The first part: the concept and appliance of teaching strategies. Firstly, the author reveals the connation of teaching strategies in the form of summarizing various opinions in the academic world towards them. Then, the author makes an analysis of the foundation of formulating and selecting history teaching strategies for senior school.The second part: the strategies of teaching preparations, which acts as the starting link of the new history course of senior school. Here the author expounds the strategies for the determination of the teaching goal, the analysis of the teaching object and content, as well as the processing of the teaching content.The third part: the strategies for the teaching enforcement of the new history course for senior school, which is the crucial phase to achieve the teaching objective, evolve some other teaching strategies. The author intends to inquire into the strategies of education psychology and the teaching theories advocated by the new curriculum of senior school.The fourth part: the strategies for teaching evaluation of the new history course which is the core of the evaluation of history teaching. The author probes into the strategies for the evaluation of senior school students’ history learning.
