Abstract


Affordable housing system is an important part of housing security system of China. It has an important meaning for the solution of the shortage of housing , the content of basic housing demand of the low-income people in city , the justice of society housing , and the development of the affordable housing system.The affordable housing system are playing a important role in the housing security of our country , but in respect of its housing service there are still a lot of problems which have seriously infringed upon the ought or reality right of the affordable housing buyers .It is the inevitable demand of guarantying the housing right of the low-income people in city as well as reflecting the humanistic social care for the vulnerable groups in city .The right is the spirit of law ,the right of buyer of affordable housing should be prevented by the country by leveling to law . The researching and the exploring of the right of the buyer will influence the development through the trace of ruling by law . By the methods of document researing and real diagnosis investigation, we summarize the problem of the affordable housing system , the legal relationship of the government , real estate development enterprises and the buyer of the affordable housing , the present situation and reason of the right of the buyer which have violated by the government or the real estate development enterprises , and the defects exited in the rights remedy system . Finally , for the defects of the rights remedy system, we put forward some suggestions ,such as redress system , judicial review and profession autonomous , in order to construct a relatively well remedy system of the affordable housing buyers.The paper includes five parts . they are introduction ,analysis the present of the affordable housing system ,the condition of the affordable housing system , the legal relationship in the affordable housing system ,and the rights remedy system
