Abstract


This paper to explain and comment on the peculiar connotation of the United Kingdom 1944 Education Act , the introduction of reason and historical status . Text is divided into three parts : In the first part , by the introduction of the 1944 Education Act , to elicit its main content , compared with the previous Education Act introduced its contents focused , highlighting the features of the 1944 Education Act , pointed out in 1944 the Education Act is the flag of the British education system, from traditional to modern . The second part is mainly to study the 1944 Education Act to be introduced why . The main analysis from five aspects : Historically , the 1944 Education Act is the result of evolution of British education policy ; itself from the educational point of view , the 1944 Education Act is a product of negation of the drawbacks of the British education system ; from the perspective of modern the 1944 Education Act is the needs of modern development in the UK . In view of the theory of evolution from education , psychology , pedagogy progress and education reform provides a theoretical basis for the introduction of the 1944 Education Act . 1944 education legislation in the United Kingdom under the combined effect of the above factors , it is imperative . Speed ??up the process to the outbreak of the Second World War in 1939 , played a role of catalyst . The third part of the comment on the historical status of the 1944 Education Act . Education Act in 1944, occupies a landmark position in the history of education in the United Kingdom , and its promulgation and implementation , promote post-war development of modern education in the United Kingdom . 1944 Education Act is an integral part of construction of the welfare state system in post-war British had a major impact on postwar British political, economic and social development , into an advanced stage in the development of post - war British modernization , that is , we often say era of knowledge economy , the 1944 Education Act to provide for the development of this period of British modern plenty of talent .
