Abstract


In today's increasingly competitive and complex dynamic market environment, the correct and timely decision-making is the survival and development of the important part. Enterprises to win in the competition , it is essential to make use of computer and network technology combined with technologies such as data warehousing , dig deep and analysis of current and historical production business data, as well as relevant information related to the environment , automatic rapid access which useful information for decision making for fast, accurate and easy to support decision-making . With the geographic and business enterprises in the distribution of the rapid development of enterprise data warehouse , decision support systems toward distributed direction. Different regions have established their own branch of the first data warehouse platform , and the company headquarters in an office building on the basis of a global group of companies oriented data warehouse , thus forming a two or multi -level distributed data warehouse architecture , has become a better choice . This paper first introduces the basics of data warehousing , data warehouse theory and related technology to do a detailed analysis . Next comes the characteristics of a distributed data warehouse , combined BS Group's logistics distribution system project gives a large apparel industry sales decisions for distributed data warehouse system . Finally, elaborated based on distributed data warehouse OLAP systems implementation.
