Abstract


A large number of studies have shown that , FDI plays an important role in the growth of the host economy . Technology spillover effect of FDI and domestic scholars have also done a lot of research , but almost regarded as research subjects overall or regional exploration , and rarely from the point of view of the industry itself . Obviously, a comparative analysis of FDI technology spillover effect of different industries , to attract industry and use of foreign capital to maintain the competitiveness of the industry as well as policy -oriented and so has a positive meaning . In this paper, the use of the dynamic equilibrium analysis , theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the combined method compared FDI technology spillover effect of different industries . Romer endogenous growth model and established on the basis of its improved dynamic analysis model of FDI and industry characteristics ; Secondly, Fujian Province, the construction industry and the wholesale and retail trade time series data on TFP estimates Cointegration and Granger causality test and then each of these two industry TFP and FDI , FDI and the lag period of least-squares regression , according to the test results of a comparative analysis of the technology spillover effect of these two industry ; final , based on evidence put forward policy recommendations .
