Abstract


Terrorism as an ancient political or social phenomenon , more than two thousand years of history . From the 1980s , the crime of terrorism has caused widespread concern in the international community . In recent years , as a symbol of the United States \At the same time , China is also facing a huge threat of terrorism, crime and deeply troubled . In view of the extremely serious social harm of the crime of terrorism , in order to crack down and punish the class of crime , be the best protection from the law of the general public , China's legislature in a timely manner the correction and improvement of the law . But this is only manifested in Charge correction , the critical lack of legislation on combating measures , so China's legislative response to the current terrorist crime situation and development needs . Further improve the crime of terrorism legislation , so that a systematic and comprehensive in this study foothold . This entire article is divided into four parts .
