Abstract

Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum MILL.), Also known as tomato belongs to the Solanaceae Lycopersicon origin South America, Peru, Ecuador, is one of the important vegetable crops. The Germplasm Resources is an important basis for the selection and breeding of new varieties of tomato. The test on the ground after the the airship tomato varieties 'HT10-3-2' seed-by-generation breeding and research of major agronomic traits and economic traits variation, accumulate data for tomato breeding and crop space breeding. The main findings are as follows: 1. Airship tomato seed germination rate and germination potential changes, but this change over the material. After the the tomato material by flight, its early flowering is delayed, and the variation between the strains increase; plants dwarf trends. Space conditions on the Tomato the first inflorescence Festival bits, the inflorescence interval section bit florets, the rate of fruit set and fruit size. The test also found that some of the possible variation of plants exist in leaf shape, fruit color. Space environment on tomato of botany traits and agronomic traits have a greater impact. From the variant results, the tomato plants growth potential presents enhanced situational and heritable growth change. Such as the the SP 3 / the H1 its offspring groups than in the control 77.22 to 87.72%, showing the unlimited growth type: SP 3 / H3 their offsprings control 18.04 ~ 20.13%, showed a limited type of high-cap growth; SP 4 / H1-1 and SP 5 / H-1-1's maximum leaf length is longer than the control 21.48 to 31.26 %. Tomato fruit type from SP 2 occurred greater variability from oblate fruit into a high-round fruit, round fruit and less oblate-type fruit. And the characteristics of the fruit surface variation by the young fruit, green fruit shoulder into the young fruit green fruit shoulder and stability to their offspring, such as SP 3 / H1 and its offspring groups SP 3 / H3 and its progenies young fruits are green fruit shoulder. Space environment have a significant impact on economic traits of tomato. Spatial processing can improve the result of the ability of the tomato, tomato fruit weight and yield of tomato, is expected to elect the results of capacity from the ultra pro offspring Variant Strains big fruit and high yield material (H2). The results show that the high yield group results are also higher, larger fruits, such as SP 3 / H2 SP 4 / H2 and SP 5 / H2 yield is 10% higher than the control, corresponding to the first three of the groups of flowers, the result of 30 to 75% higher capacity than the control fruit is 40% larger than the control: low yield groups, than low or smaller fruit, such as the SP 4 / H3-2 and SP 5 / H3-2-1 production was 18% lower than in the control, while its corresponding group of single fruit weight than the control 20% lower. From plant disease resistance, SP 3 / H1 and their descendants leaf mold disease late and lighter. Variability traits easily to genetic and stability. The test results show that the first inflorescence of plants flowering period, plants inflorescence section bit, leaf number and yield intervals Variation among the first to the second inflorescence (amplitude, standard deviation and coefficient of variation), with the generation of gradually reduced, most of the strain variation characteristics of the SP 3 after stable genetic variation characteristics of the small number of strains from SP 4 after stably inherited than the average conventional six generations of breeding stable, two to three earlier generations, the ground directional selection faster elect integrated traits excellent target strains. 5.T10-3-2 tomato seeds after space flight eventually found six kinds of variant strains and their groups, and to filter out two excellent mutant strains. Characters From the variability point of view, a good variation, there are also a difference variation, showing a variation of adventitious isotropic.
