Abstract


Because of the development pace in insurance industry and the related policies, Chinese insurance companies are in the way of finding a more effective operation mode. The paper concludes and resets the theory about the operation mode of collectivization. The studying is not only about the history and types of insurance groups, but also concludes the positive and negative factors in the effect of collectivization premium. On the foundation of these research and studying on Chinese insurance market and the actuality of our insurance groups, the paper analyzes the difference between Chinese and foreign insurance groups, the characters of the operation mode of collectivization and the mostly factors which include the economy of scale and scope. The paper uses the data of Chinese insurance market and the insurance groups between 2004 and 2009 by determining the nature and fixing quantify in order to prove that collectivization premium. And the collectivization premium is special and unstable in Chinese insurance groups.This paper unites the impact and test from this finance crisis to the Chinese insurance groups and the conclusion that the effect of collectivization premium exists, in order to bring forward the advices which adapt to the development pace of our insurance market and the real requirement of our insurance companies, so these advices will be useful in enhancing the effect of collectivization premium. At last our insurance companies would like to adopt the operation mode of collectivization. And our insurance industry will be larger and stronger.
