Abstract


This thesis analyzes GNM Corporation by the eyes of venture capital. By studying the feasibility of investing in GNM Corp, the writer expect to find the commonplace in character of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise in order to provide the model for the others.This article has conducted the thorough research from each aspect to GNM Corporation, including the GNM Corporation’s product, the market and the financial situation has carried on the thorough analysis. And unifies to its new production base appraisal, the author has forecasted to the GNM Corporation’s future situation.The author analyzed the investment feasibility from the venture capital angle, and analyzed the investment main risk point, and proposed the specific risk control measures.This article carried on the investment value appraisal to GNM Corporation separately from the investor and the entrepreneur’s benefit and the standpoint. In order to concur with the gaps in estimate difference, the author proposed the constructive investment plan. According to this investment plan, the author has reckoned to the anticipated income.One of this article’s characteristics is the close union of research and practice.The case comes from a realistic enterprise, the object of study has the very big representation- a medium and small-sized private enterprise which is going to IPO with great possibility. The second characteristic is the multiple perspectives and multi-level enterprise value analysis and the investment plan design. In the process of GNM Corporation’s value analysis, the author has carried on the multiple perspectives and multi-level estimate value analysis to protect the pioneer and the investor’s benefit, and raises the feasible investment plan which can unify the both sides benefit.
