Abstract


The non-performing loans (NPLs) management and disposal is one of the financial assets management companies’core business. In the transition process for the commercialization of the Great Wall Asset Management Corporation Changsha Branch, with the rapid development of the business, commercial NPLs disposal methods’optimization and innovation is an urgent problem.The basic goal of commercial NPLs disposal is overall profitability and promoting development. With this aim, based on that a comprehensive summary of domestic and foreign paper,and the results of theoretical research and practice in commercial NPLs disposal, the paper analyses the definition of NPLs, causes, characteristics, and the basic principles and models in commercial disposal of NPLs, and the main factor should be regarded in selecting commercial NPLs disposal methods,and the basic commercial NPLs disposal methods of domestic and international; Next, the paper studies the basic disposal methods utilized actual in the commercial NPLs disposal practice of the Great Wall Asset Management Corporation in Hunan Region, and its basic methods, success stories and problems; The third, the paper proposes the improvement strategy of the basic method of the commercial NPLs disposal in the Great Wall Asset Management Corporation in Hunan Region; Based on all of the above, the paper points out some innovative business NPLs disposal that the basic approach, the main advantages and development prospects.
