Abstract


Solid-phase reactor was more and more applied for pharmaceutical environmental analysis and biology molecule analysis with the characteristics of lower consumption simple instrumentation and sensitivity.In this paper, NaBiO3 with strong oxidation property was immobilized on the silica gels and applied in flow system flow injection system and sequential injection system as solid-phase reactor. It’s oxidation capability and potential application were studied in this paper.The mechanism of oxidation was discussed using a NaBiO3 solid-phase reactor in flow system. An new procedure for the continuouse flow spectrophotometer determination of catecholamine is presented, while the mixture of epinephrine and noradrenalin can be simultaneously detected by double wave method. The linear range of the system for epinephrine and noradrenalin are in the determination of 0.1-100μg/mL and 0.4-60μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.06μg/mL and 0.1μg/mL. The method was successfully applied to the determination of catecholamine in blood serum after the extraction by solid phase colmn loaded with the alumina.The solid-phase sodium bismuthate reactor was applied in on-line generation of Br2 with FIA and SIA system. A novel chemiluminescence system for tetracycline was established. The proposed method have a linear rang of 0.1-40μg/mL with a RSD of 2.23%（5μg/mL,n=11） in FIA and a linear rang of 0.01-60μg/mL with a RSD of 2.15%（5μg/mL,n=11） in SIA .The sensitivity and stability were discussed in FIA and SIA system by experiments. The method was successfully applied to the determination of tetracycline in milk.
