Abstract


The number of knowledge has made a great increasing nowadays, but because the realization of the full and effective knowledge transfer has not reached in the process of knowledge management, the effective utilization of the knowledge has not made a perfect result. The library, as a center of distribution and the most important institution of the knowledge, its basic function is to achieve knowledge transfer. The knowledge transfer of library is an activity and a process, in which the library researches, selects and integrates much of knowledge resources through adopting the advanced management theories and technologies, thus makes the knowledge flow and transfer between different subjects, and reduces the knowledge gaps and promote value-added.This article summarizes the concept and model of knowledge transfer through an extensive literature search and reading, analyses the definition, content, features, functions and factors of the knowledge transfer of library based on the results of previous studies. And discusses the mechanisms of the inside, outside and middle of the two of library knowledge transfer, the discussion of those mechanisms were depth to the process and the operation model,then improves a measure of knowledge transfer which is increasingly effective. Based on the theoretical analysis, the author made an empirical research on theLibrary of Heilongjiang Province, combinative with the truth, put forward the model and assumed of the theory. According to the 12 factors of affecting the process of library knowledge transfer, the author designed the survey questionnaires in a scientific and rational style. Then carried out visits and make investigation with questionnaire inside the Library of Heilongjiang Province and analyzed the survey results carefully.Finally, the author discusses the relations between the effect factors and the recourse of knowledge transfer relying on the questionnaire survey and empirical analysis. And based on the findings and conclusions, combinative with the practice of the library, the author put forward the suggestions of raising the knowledge transfer recourses of the Library of the Heilongjiang Province from the increasing development of the tacit knowledge, raising the capacity of the main side and improving the technology platform, enhancing the absorptive capacity of receptors and reducing the overall costs, and establishing the incentive mechanisms. The author proposes the prospect of future research about the knowledge transfer of library in the last.
