Since the global financial crisis broke out, the China-U.S. trade frictions have been increasingly outstanding. The frictions in China-U.S. trade relations have brought huge economic losses to both countries. The main aspects focus on, the problem of bilateral trade imbalance, antidumping, anti-subsidies, special safeguard measure, and exchange rate, etc. With the financial crisis spreading out, China’s exports could cause more impacts on the related products of the United States. In such circumstances, preventing China-U.S. trade frictions from becoming more and more serious, and discussing the reasons of trade frictions is very important for the healthy development of China-U.S. bilateral trade and the continuous growth of China.The article starts from the basic conception and characteristics of contemporary trader fictions, introduces the influence of different kinds of frictions to the development of trade in future when describing its different forms and makes it clearly to people. Secondly, analyses the reasons and influence of frictions individually. For the former, the article points out that there are many reasons accounting for China-U.S. trade frictions, including economic factors and political factors. Then analyses deeply the reasons based on the situation of two countries.In order to find the competitiveness of two countries’products, the author calculates the TC of the main products of China-U.S. trade. For the latter, makes a research from both negative and positive influence of trader frictions to two countries as well. Finally, draws strategies to cope with the China-U.S. trade frictions in global financial crisis after the introduction of conception and classification, reason and influence of trade frictions. That is, our government, trade associations, business enterprises should base on current economic situation, then take measures to reduce or alleviate the trade frictions as far as possible between China and U.S., in order to keep the economic stability and sustained development.
