Abstract


In the last few years, under dual function of village push and city pull, more and morefarmers go into the city for work. They have done the enormous contribution formodernized developments of our country. But, because of obsolete notion, distemperednational system and legal system, weak management and migrant workers themselves,migrant workers are suffering unjust treatment at labor employment, social security,democracy, development and right for school of their children. Moreover, they can’t meltinto the urban life and become" the urban marginalized".That the rights and interests migrant workers should have obtained can’t be securedwill affect setting up of harmonious society and the social stability, solving of the "village,agriculture and farmer" problems, better development of the socialistic market economysystem, therefore we must secure the rights and interests migrant workers should possess.With the continuous and quick urbanization, the problem of the rights and interests securityof migrant workers has increasingly become a focus paid attention to by the public.The body of the thesis consists of four parts.The first part is related to foundation theories and important meaning of migrantworkers rights and interests security. The second describes the present condition of therights and interests of migrant workers. The third analyzes the reason of the default of therights and interests of migrant workers. The forth proposes security countermeasure on therights and interests of migrant workers.The thesis takes many kinds of methods to demonstrate the theme. Using the latestmaterials to propose to solve migrant workers’ rights and interests security problem, regard-ing implementing the socialistic modernized strategy as the background and scientificdevelopment view as guidelines, and to start with traditional idea renewing to establishsystem security and legal guarantee to migrant workers in the action.
