Abstract


Creativity has been the basic impetus to the development and flourish of regional economy in 21st century. Creative industry realized the join and integration between the traditional industry and modern creativity. Today, the globalization is strengthened and international competition is fiercer and fiercer. The scale of creative industry has become an important index to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or area. Thus, developing the creative industry is a necessary trend, which also carries out the scientific development view and is in accord with the trend of industrial development.In May 2009, it is proposed to devote major effort to develop culture creative industry and establish corporation center of culture industry cross the Taiwan strait, which is clearly stated in "On several advises to support the construction of west strait economy region in Fujian Province" issued by State Council of China. It is meaningful to accelerate the development of creative industry of Fujian province during the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, to put the corporation of culture industry cross the Taiwan Strait into a fast lane, to accelerate the economic restructure and stimulate the economic development of Fujian province.This thesis analyzes the Fijian’s creative industry from its development basis and prospects, along with in-depth exploration of its lists of questions in the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period and expects to provide some useful references to promote the development of creative industry. Firstly, this thesis explores the origin and connotation of creative industry, inspects the difference and relation between creative industry and creative economy, and explains the main character and developing trend of creative industry, all of which establish the basis of this thesis. Secondly, this thesis introduces the success experience in developing creative industry at home and abroad and presents some useful suggestion to develop creative industry in our country. Thirdly, this thesis analyzes the current situation and the developing prospect of Fujian’s creative industry from the viewpoint of demonstration and analyzes in-depth the developing condition of Fujian’s creative industry during the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. Once more, some concrete idea and suggestions are proposed on the developing important point and strategic measure of Fujian’s creative industry during the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. Lastly, conclusions are presented from the aspects of the innovations of theory and practice.
