Abstract


Service outsourcing arose in the 1980s, as a kind of development model of enterprise strategy, can effectively reduce the cost, improve the service quality and efficiency, and make the enterprise focus on core competitiveness. Service outsourcing industry has been developing rapidly in the recent time. This shows that service outsourcing industry has been gradually become the main mode of service industry transfer.Due to the service outsourcing has low pollution and high technology, high returns on many advantages, up to the package of service outsourcing economic growth and employment promotion and industrial structure of immeasurable role in promoting, therefore, the service outsourcing industry is regarded as the sustainable development of industry, and a green industry to the development and utilization of foreign capital of priority industries.The Binhai new area has low labor costs, abundant human resources and manufacturing base, market potential is tremendous. Therefore, the Binhai new area through the service outsourcing model to undertake international industry shift is feasible, and the appropriate. The Binhai new area, to undertake service outsourcing will bring profit growth and development opportunities. This article attempts through the analysis of Binhai new area service outsourcing industry development condition and resources endowment, looking for suitable for industrial characteristics of Binhai new area of service outsourcing industry development path and strategy, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
