Abstract


Since the 1980, the world economy has entered a service economy era, producer services industry becomes an important driving force to promote the industrial structure optimization. The policy of reform and opening-up has been made for more than 20 years, Ningbo manufacturing industry has been a big city of manufacturing from a small one, but if Ningbo need to change from a big city of manufacturing to be a strong one, it must change the original low-end industries, low value-added products, low level of technology, and low-price competition, the need for transformation and upgrade the manufacturing industry is urgent. Restructuring of manufacturing industries to upgrade depends on the inputs of knowledge and technology, while the producer services industry is the "flywheel" to introduce human capital and intellectual capital into the manufacturing sector. Therefore, in order to achieve the transformation of the manufacturing sector, how to promote the interactive development of producer services and manufacturing is an urgent and important research subject.This paper focuses on the urgent demand of the manufacturing sector transformation and upgrading. Based on the producer service industry, I analyze the interaction between the two industries from four perspectives, and then recognize their different stages of interactive development. Then I focusing on the use of 2007 and 2002 input-output table to calculate and analyze six indicators: coefficient of the direct consumption, coefficient of total consumption, intermediate input rates, degree of dependence, degree of sensitivity, and degree of influence. Finally, I research about the industry association of producer services and manufacturing, conclude that the interaction between producer services and manufacturing in Ningbo is not sufficient. Then I find out the reasons. Finally, I make the suggestion as follows: enhancing the innovative applications of information technology; setting up information platform; Establishing the new industry research mechanism; optimizing the industrial layout, and vigorously promoting the development of clustering of the producer service; making greater efforts to foster manufacturing service outsourcing; improving the policy and business environment of producer services; strengthening the strategic reserves of talent.
