Abstract


Under the enviroment of 3G era with data-services as core operation. There is altitudinal correlation between the mobile terminal and the users’ experience and feelings. This correlation determines that the promotion of new business and the development of functions supported by mobile phones must be closely connected. The cooperation between mobile operators and phone manufacturers as well as the retailers is becoming more and more important. It is inevitable for the mobile phone operators to get involved in the terminal operations of the mobile phone customization since the independent development mode of 2G mobile phone does no longer adapt to the modern market.This paper has studied the development of the global 3G communication then raised the relevant question of domestic developing the3G in accordance with foreign conditions of 3G development. This paper through study overall planning for the company’s development prospect, the environment analysis around the developed 3G technology, the mobile phone company and the competitive strategic design and practice under the environment of the reorganization in the telecommunications and the complex and changeful competition in the international market (internal and external conditions), By analyzing the external and internal situation of ChinaMobile,on the basis of the analysis and the actual operational trend of China Mobile,Proposes a business position as "to be a world class corporation" and "to be mobile information speeialist". The paper finally proposes China Mobile’s development strategy under the background of 3G..The conclusion of the development strategy of China Mobile under the background of 3G is:the total incorporate&diversity China Mobile enterprise strategy was provided under 3G back ground.And also the choice of functional strategy was described for China Mobile CommunicationCompany from Market-Sale, Enterprise-information, Human-Resource Management, Finance-Management area.It has profound significance to study China Mobile’s development strategy in the 3G era..The paper will combine the worldwide 3G industry development situation and China’s actual conditions to focus on the evolution of China’s 3G mobile communication and some key issues in the development. The paper will propose some constructive strategies which have very important practical significance and guidance function to the sustainable development and upgrading management level of China Mobile Communication Corporation.
