Along with the“Six to three”and 3G business license grant for China communicate operate dealer, CT(China Telecom) got his wish to obtains CDMA move service business license on Oct. 2008, Entire enterprise was injected new vitality, and entire enterprise development got new opportunities. And along with the new network development concept bring forward such as“The internet of thing”and“ICT (Information、Communicate、Technology) system support”and so on, also bring CT a new challenge. the group also raised the company’s new development strategy and restructuring objectives, Yangjiang net transport department as a branch of CT Co., Ltd need to consider how to make the network structure adjustments, how to do integration of fixed network, how to meet the market demand for front-terminal network demand, how to adjust the network structure maintenance and responsibilities, to solve the network transformation contradiction while the network are in organization and structuring, to optimize department structure and staff member, to integrate the internal and external resources, to formation an developing group. Thereby to reach the goal of scientific collocate the resources、rational division of labor and maintenance、rapid response to market demands, to make the greatest contribution for enterprises development.This article adopt sub-systems thinking, at first to list the theoretical knowledge of organization adjustment, to expound the basically theory of scientific management and collaboration evolution. And then combined the fixed mobile internet dealer’s characteristic of world’s telecommunications industry, and China’s other network dealer’s operation states, to analysis the CT network problem. In the end, to presented the emerging issue for countermeasure discussion, presented imagine of CT network collocate operation and improve management, and to make a details explanation for this improvement ideas.
