Abstract

Through the implementation of enterprise culture construction, better traction enterprise development direction and staff, promote the enterprise efficiency, make company brand, and to realize the thought of "soft", to promote the management level, and improve the ability to participate in the international market competition, the realization of The Times endows missions and tasks.Using the theory of corporate culture in China, the logistics company for postal-delivery case, adhere to the combination of theory and practice, the principle of enterprise culture theory and related management theory into specific cases in China, logistic companies postal-delivery cultural construction detailed analysis and discussion.
