Tourism interpretive system is an important part of touris attraction and plays a great role in promoting the functions of attractions. Compared with Western countries, research on this area is still in its beging stage and mainly focuses on planning and function.The most important part of the interpretive system is whether its content could be accepted by the audience, in other words, it is the effect which is examine by the audience. The study of the interpretive evaluation is not just a simple estimation. However, it is to find out the regular pattern of the transferring information of the system, which could improve the interpretative system.Firstly, Based on a lot of documents, the related theory of the tourist interpretive system was analyzed; secongdly, the evaluation indexed was chose; thisdly, the judgment matrix of index weight through the Delphi technique was confirmed; finally, by the software of Matlab 7.1 and with the analytic hierarchy process, the index weight can be calculated and confirmed. So the evaluation index system of tourist interpretive system can be fully formed.The evaluation index system falls into 3 levels. The object level is the effect evaluation of tourist interpretive system; the second level is system level, consisting of panel, guide interpretation and prints; the third is the index level, including 27 indexes. Besides, every index and the grate standard of the whole interpretive system have been evaluated.As an important part of Wulinyuan world culture heritage, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park has abundant tourist resources and a well-developed tourist industry. Moreover, it has a comprehensive tourist interpretive system. So the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park was taken as the example.On the based of formed standard, the panel, the guide and the prints was chose and evaluated by experts. Firstly, according to the measured result, the comparative analysis was made on the same of tourist interpretative system with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation means. Secondly, the unitary evaluation analysis was made on the tourist interpretive system in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, in which the differences between the evaluations result of expert and tourist were analyzed. Furthermore, the thesis takes some advices on the improvement of interpretive system based on all analysis results.Finally, a summary, which summed up the innovation, pointed out the shortage in the process of study and brought forward the expectation in the future, is provided.
