Abstract


"The Development Planning of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone" obtained approval of the state council on 1 July 2009. So far, Liaoning coast as a whole area was included in the national strategy. The extent of its economic integration will be surely deep, and then regional tourism cooperation as an important part of economy cooperation will make great contribution to economic integration on resource integration, regional overall image establishment, information propulsion. Eventually, economic and cultural fusion and so on will be realized. Therefore, research of regional tourism cooperation problem of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone has important theoretic value and practical significance. In order to guarantee regional tourism cooperation of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone going smoothly, it is urgent to strengthen discussion on deepest problem of regional tourism cooperation --- mechanism of regional tourism cooperation.Firstly, this paper introduces some basic concepts and relevant theoretical basis about this research. And the reason of developing regional tourism cooperation is analyzed.Secondly, current situation of tourism cooperation in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone is analyzed. Tourism conditions of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone are analyzed such as tourism resources, tourism facilities, tourist market and so on, and present status and problems are researched.Based on above two parts, this paper constructs mechanism of tourism cooperation in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone. First of all, it puts forward target and principle of constructing cooperation mechanism, according to problems of cooperation and game theory, it proposes cooperation mechanism framework, at last, this paper proposes the content system of mechanism of regional tourism cooperation, including sharing benefits mechanism, trust mechanism, information communication mechanism, industrial integration mechanism, these mechanisms act on commonly tourism cooperation activities of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone, and then promotes sustainable development of tourism. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestion for construction and running of mechanism of tourism cooperation in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone. It includes conception, policy, financial, organization and so on.
