Abstract


In recent years, with the increase of science and technology investment by the government and with the introduction of legal policy to encourage innovation, Chinese enterprises technological innovation capability has improved rapidly, however, there are still large disparities with the developed countries. A variety of reasons may caused the gap, but the most fundamental reason is imperfect enterprise system can not provide adequate incentives for technology innovation. Any technological innovation are carried out under certain institutional environment, so this study aims to explore the enterprise system on the specific impact of technological innovation, building institutional incentive system for technological innovation to promote technical innovation activities smoothly.As a starting part for the research, in first step we combed the existing literature and summarized the studies related to this article. Then system theory, technology innovation theory and incentive theory are discussed in this paper. Based on home and abroad research, the status of Chinese enterprises technological innovation were analyzed, through the analysis, some problems of institutional incentive system are exposed.To solve these problems, we studied the reasons which caused the deficiency of incentive system for technological innovation. All these discussions provide the realistic background for follow-up study.In the main body of the paper, enterprise system impact of technological innovation is analyzed. Based on clearly definition of the enterprise system, enterprise technology innovation demand for the system are analyzed; the enterprise system incentives for technology innovation talent are discussed, and combined with needs hierarchy theory we studied the four styles of enterprise system incentives for technical innovation; from a theoretical point, the institutional incentive system path of technological innovation is proposed, and the method to measure the path is studied,the practical significance of incentive path is discussed. Then the paper identified design ideas and principles of incentive system for technological innovation, and based on four dimensions(profits, responsibilities, rights, capability) choose the system indicators, establishing a technology innovation incentive system, selecting the incentive system evaluation method, combined with the life cycle theory analyzed incentive system application model in all stages of life circle.In the final, the paper selected ZTE Corporation as a case actually analyzed this enterprise’s technological innovation incentive system, and summarized its technical innovation positive experiences. But the enterprise system still remain deficiency, we also discussed these problems in this part. The research on this case aimed to provide reference to other Chinese enterprises, help building incentive system for technological innovation and improve the enterprise incentive system.
