Rural land cartilage as farmers basic living material, which circulation relates to hundreds of millions of peasants’ vital interests, relates to the rural social and economic stability. With Chinese urbanization, industrialization advancement speeding up, urban construction land shortage problem to be solved urgently, Rural land cartilage as land capital wealth character also emerges. Chongqing as urban and rural pilot city, in the development process, urban-rural divide the land system especially house-site requirements, more and more become baggage of Chongqing solving labor transfer as well as the employment problem.This study absorbs the domestic and foreign land system, circulation and utilization, etc, basis of the theory about urban and rural areas, and closely combining the background, analysis present situation and characteristics of Chongqing Rural land cartilage, and discusses the factors restricting Rural land cartilage.
