Abstract


This article starts from anlaylizing the character of trust property.then discuss the construture of the trust properly and also make a lot of suggests about how to remedy our trust law.this article are including three part, the first is the charater of trast property privilege .after discass two tractiple treory of the trust property privilege .We get the idea that the trust property’s privilege and worth are deperted .the second part are the costrature of trast property privicege and then points out some good suggests about our trast law .the third part are the three proteclion system of trust peoperty.we know that we crucial of trast property ard the personal outsdiy meannhite .If want this constrature get the powner of anainst the third prson.one must regist the trust property in the government .as a result proparty in the goverment ,a s a the trast property.it is possible that the ower only afford the cimited obligition for the third person.
