Medicine is one branch of sciences, which maintains and promotes human health. The rapid development of medical science, continue progress of social civilization, changing medical mode and further increased demand for healthcare require medical staff to be humanity so that provide humanism service for patients. High medical education has the duty to cultivate special person for medicine. Their qualities will influence future healthcare. The humanism quality is beneficial to build up one’s excellent character. During the training processes, campus culture is pervading in both thinking and acting patterns of on campus students as the embodiment of university’s spirit, tradition, style and ideality. It will also impact their study, life and work, even for life.In this study, we try to find out the relation between campus culture and medico’s humanism quality, discover the weak points, and then bring forward some advice about how to strengthen campus culture in high medical colleges. Through the research, we aim to provide a reference for medical students education. The latest researches of philosophy, systematic science, sociology, medicine, education, management and psychology have been used for reference in this study, including numerous methods such as contrast research, literature analysis, theory analysis, questionnaire, software, etc.There are four parts in our study:Part 1: Relative conceptions and theoretical bases for the study.Part 2: the requirement tropism of humanism education upon medico and status in quo.Part 3: Function analysis of campus culture in cultivating humanism quality.Part 4: Some advices on reinforcing campus culture in high medical colleges
