Abstract


On comprehensive analysis the supply chain of household electrical appliance of china in this paper, Pointed out the problems in the China’s household electrical appliance industry,and puts forward to enhanced awareness of supply chain collaboration, supply chain process integration, supply chain information integration and CPFR. Specifically, it should be satisfy the demands of consumers,optimize the distribution、production and supply processes, construct rapid response supply chain process structure. by analysising the leading distribution process model of system in manufacturers, retailers and third party logistics,and design a flow chart corresponding distribution; proposed a demand-oriented information integration strategy. it solve the different structure members of the enterprise information system platform of between the seamless connection problems by the system of supply chain information built by using of the Web and the Intranet technology.the platform to address the members of the different structure of corporate information systems seamless connection between the problem and achieve supply chain information sharing; proposed a collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment strategies by improving demand forecasting accuracy, so supply chain optimization, to achieve the right product at the right time delivered to the right place, to reduce inventory in the supply chain process, improve customer service levels.In the global financial crisis and domestic subsidies out gradually under the background of China’s household electrical appliance, enterprise should be integrate the supply chain, Through the supply chain cost is reduced, and the service level of the improvement of the whole supply chain and promoted the value, to achieve competitive advantage.
