Abstract

The coal industry is the cornerstone of China’s energy security.It is also an important energy industry and development advantage of Shanxi Province.During of the growing economic crisis and the weakening of the situation in the modern competitive market,how large coal enterprises in Shanxi Province maintain their long-term competitive advantage in the competition and how to build their own core competences is becoming a major strategic issues must be faced.In the research of corporate restructuring,we found that the vast majority of large coal enterprises are faced with resource integration and optimization of enterprise restructuring, we believe that the enterprise integration and reorganization is the process of enterprises optimize resources and improve the operating efficiency,is an important measure of maintaining competitive. The paper tries to anaysis the cause of integration and restructuring deeply.This paper studies in the following ways:First, combining of determining the strategy and choicing the strategic, the paper systematicly analyzes the coal enterprises that are facing the macro environment、the middle of environment and the micro environment, understands correctly the advantages and disadvantages of the coal enterprises before and after integration and restructuring, points to the strategic decision-making based on.consolidation and restructuring of the coal companies; Second, combining empirical research and normative research methods; Third,by case researching method,the paper studies a business case of large coal enterprises in integration and restructuring strategy,points to what changes occurres about the core competitiveness of enterprises, so as to provide some useful references for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.This first part introduces the development of coal enterprises needs to face the new environment and new ideas in the post-crisis era,points to that integration and restructuring of the coal enterprises in Shanxi is a better bath ensuring a competitive advantage.The second part starts with the general theories of the integration and restructuring and core competence strategies of the enterprise,aslo it is a brief summary of the theories of domestic and foreign research results, in order to lay a theoretical basis for further research.The third part keeps the strategies of integration and reorganization of resources as a starting point, more in-depth analyzes the integration and restructuring elements of business, assets, liabilities, culture, and human resources management,etc.The fourth part is the analysis about the Shanxi coal enterprises enhance core competitiveness by the integration and restructuring strategy,finding out the construction of models of the core competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises and the mechanism of the various components, analyzing and comparing the core competitive factors of Shanxi coal enterprises before and after the integration and restructuring, introducing to some proposals enhancing the core competitiveness of the coal enterprises.The fifth part is about the status of the coal enterprises in Shanxi after the consolidation and restructuring,analyzes the main problems of the coal enterprises in Shanxi, proposes some countermeasures options of developing the core competitiveness of enterprises.The sixth part is the conclusion and forecast.Annex part is about the Shanxi Luan (mining) Group, analyzes the current development of Lu’an Group, studies the formulation and implementation process of integration and restructuring strategy of Luan Group, introduces what kind of competitivenss in terms are promoted, as well as some proposals of the resource integration and restructuring of coal enterprises in Shanxi province.
