Abstract

Background and Purpose:Intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) is common disorder; it is associated with considerable morbidity and mortality. Until very recently no specific therapies improved outcome after intracerebral hemorrhage. In recent 20 years, as a potent technique, minimally invasive hematoma aspiration has a rapid progress. But whether patients’nerve function recovery benefit from this operation, direct evidence for such participation is lacking, and the time window of minimally invasive hematoma aspiration have apparent controversial properties. Our experiment study on the changes the volume of the hematoma、brain water and the behavior of ICH rats after the minimally invasive hematoma aspiration, at the same time the response of astrocyte and microglia in the brain of rats are also observed. We want to find out the best time window of minimally invasive hematoma aspiration, and explore the mechanism of neuroprotection of the operation, and try to search the complementary treatments and methods of the technique which can make it perfect.Materials and Methods:148 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into six groups randomly: normal group, the shame operation group, Intracerebral haemorrhage group with no treatment, 6 hours after ICH treatment with hematoma aspiration group, 12 hours after ICH treatment with hematoma aspiration group,24 hours after ICH treatment
