Abstract


Purpose: Contrastively analyse the differences of surgical operation effect and traumatic response among UOTLA in children, appendectomy and three-trocar laparoscopic appendectomy appendectomy.Methods: Select 90 children who were cured from 2004-9 to 2005-11 in Dalian Children’s hospital because of acute simple appendicitis. Divide them into three groups at random, and each group includes 30 children. Respectively adopt the three ways of surgical operation, which are UOTLA in children, appendectomy and three-trocar laparoscopic appendectomy. And compare the three ways of surgical operation with the cost time, enteric peristalsis resuming time after operation and complications through examining the quantities of CRP in vein blood which is phlebotomized in 2 hours before operation, 7 o’clock in the first day and the third day after operation.Results:The cost time: It takes remarkable less time in group of UOTLA than that in group of appendectomy. It takes similar time in groups of appendectomy and three-trocar laparoscopic appendectomy, and the latter time is shorter.The comparison between groups of UOTLA and three-trocar laparoscopic appendectomy is remarkable difference (P <0.01), and there isn’t statistic meaning in the difference(P>0.05). There isn’t statistic meaning in the difference of the comparison between groups of appendectomy and three-trocar laparoscopic appendectomy (P>0.05). The comparison between groups of UOTLA and appendectomy is remarkable difference (P <0.01).
