Abstract

Innovation is the foundation of the powerful nation, the source of the rich country, which is beneficial to improve economic strength and international competitiveness of a nation, while the technological innovation is a power to develop productivity and promote economic growth. Under the situation of Global Economic Integration and the increasing development of market economy in China, the competition of enterprises is gradually strong, the enterprise wants to seeking for survival and development in this environment,has to depend on strengthening its core-competition ability, have to make technological innovation continuously. However, on the whole, now, compared with the advanced level of nations, the condition concerning technological innovation in our enterprises isn’t optimistic, still keeps existing a very big gap. Therefore, study the technological innovation of the enterprises has important realistic meanings.Throughout the development process of technical innovation theory, we can see that the four main technological innovation theory schools lay particular emphasis on study now, which make the technological innovation theory contents be getting more abundant and perfect. Technical innovation managements all round the world can be based on these technical innovation and make management policy which is suitable for native situation. However, the theory of each school all exist a series of assumption premise and make theory be applicable in a particular scope, so the technological innovation theory has a definite limitation.Through the domestic and international technological innovation theory studies, we can see that currently there is few theory studying the technological innovation motive of the enterprise and the dynamic process of the technological innovation, and so on. The technological innovation process of the enterprise is dynamic and cannot be doped out.Because orthodox economics is deficient in intelligence preference—innovation such a dynamic factor analysis, therefore can hardly use the method of orthodox economics to analyze technological innovation of the enterprise. So this thesis is based on evolutionary economics theory and innovation theory, analyzes the technological innovation motive of the enterprise and the dynamic process of the technological innovation in terms of evolvement, and considers that the technological innovation power of enterprise comes from the individual with intelligence who makes effort to solve problems; the process of technological innovation has uncertainty; the variation comes from the search of enterprise, the search may cause the creation of novelty, thus provides a condition for innovation creating of the enterprise selection is to test a kind of environment adaptability of innovation that has been already appeared, selection comes to a decision whether innovation can acquire a leading position; Innovation is to the innovation of routine under the routine function; the innovative result is to form a new routine etc., so studies the enterprise technological innovation behavior from the theory angle. By means of the theory study, according to the analytical frame of Nelson and Wint who are economists in studying evolution,emphasize routine, search and environment selection function in the technological innovation evolution, I analyze Intel company technological innovation strategy included in the plan and unplanned,and reveal the reason that Intel can always guide technique current in 40 years is the enterprise constantly carry on technological innovation.By contrast, the situation of our country enterprise technological innovation is not optimism. The ability of enterprise technological innovation is weak and it becomes the key factor that can restrict enterprise development. According to the existing main problems in the enterprise technological innovation aspect, some suggestions are put forward, technological innovation even need institutional arrangements to provide strong and firm support, include the enterprise institutional encouragement of technological innovation,the market system encouragement of technological innovation, the government system encouragement of technological innovation.According to the standpoint of Evolutionary Economics, technological innovation and system innovation are not likely to be separated each other.The technological innovation has a particular social character, on the microcosmic level of enterprise, this means the technological change in the organization always accompanies with organization form namely institutional change. No matter whether a plan exists or not, the technique change always accompanies with the change of organization form. Technique and system is coevolution, they pushed economic growth together. Along with science and the technical development, the characteristics of the research and the development in the different science and technique realm will take place to change. So the system structure which adapts to research and development will also take place to change. So solve the problem about building up system is never once and for all, the system arrangement needs to constantly carry on adjustment. Because of my level and horary restriction, make my study on Evolutionary Economics not be eingehend, system arrangement of technological innovation still have some shortage, it needs to be perfected later.
