Abstract


Ovarian carcinoma is an extremely dangerous malignancy tumor in gynecology, and it does great harm to women’s health. Owing to the focus exists in pelvic cavity deeply, the disease is not been aware of easily, and it spreads or transfers in forepart, and will be diagnosed quite late. About 60%-70% ovarian carcinoma sufferers first visit to a doctor in medium or later period. Although it is sensitive to chemotherapy, relapses easily. To discover and examine a patient in time in early days and the valid treatment ovary cancer seemed to be as importance. It is more clinical appliance value to find a tumor marker that is credible and simple for earlier period diagnosis and curative effect and inspecting.Tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPS) is the dissolubility segment of carbon end in cell keratin (CK) 18, acid protein with 45KDa. It has a higher expression in blood from epidermis malignancy and transferred tumor, especially at active period of tumor cell. It can embody the tumor’s biology behavior of the tumor now.The Cancer antigen 12-5(CA12-5) is one kind of glycoprotein cancer antigen. It has already been used for diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma in clinical department widely.Materials and Methods:66 patients with ovarian carcinoma were chosen to research, and 25 patients with benign tumor in gynecology as control. The diagnosis of patients was based on the diagnosis clinical pathology. 3ml blood was obtained from vein in empty stomach in the morning and 1ml serum was separated and stored at -20℃in refrigerator for use. The level of TPS adopted ELISA kid that the American LIFEKEY Company produced. All
