Abstract


Background and purpose:The prostate carcinoma is one of the most frequent masculine malignant tumors in many west countries, the death rate of which ranks the second in the death from tumor. The tumor, which is characterized to be latent carcinoma, is difficult to be diagnosed early and it is hard for the medicine to enter the carcinoma tissues in treatment, the therapeutic efficacy of the definite cases is not satisfied. The orthodox therapeutic method of the prostate carcinoma is to reduce hormone which is fairly effective for the hormone dependent prostate carcinoma but the non-hormone-dependent one. The prostate carcinoma has been researched by the scholars in many countries for many years, but its etiology is not clear, so at present there is not a set of consummate and effective method which can prevent, cure and monitor after recovery. With the development of the molecular biology and the genetics in recent years, people gradually realize that the basic reason of tumor is the gene alteration. The activation of oncogenes and the deactivation of anti-oncogenes as well as the abnormality and mutation of the DNA damage repair genes are the important molecular basis of tumor. The abroad scholars have researched much on the tumors from the gene level, they studied the struction, function and expressive products of oncogenes and anti-oncogenes and their relation with the tumor, deeply get to know the tumor essence and provide the rationale for the oncomolecularbiology therapeutics.
