Abstract


In recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition and the change of corporate governance structure, how to improve and enhance corporate governance level is undoubtedly become the most popular topic and the focus of the capital market. Since the reform and opening up, private economy growing up. Private enterprises in fact also has developed to the stage which to improve their competitiveness through independent innovation. Corporate lack of competitiveness will eventually be eliminated.Perfected corporate governance structure is one of the most important conditions to decide remain competitiveness and operating efficiently. Whether the corporate governance structure is reasonable is the guarantee to improve the level of corporate management and promote the enterprise competition ability. So appropriated corporate governance plays a very important role in guarantee enterprise operate and maintain market competitiveness. The thesis mainly from corporate governance to the enterprise competitiveness problem, choose Shenzhen and Shanghai private listed companies financial data as the sample, using SPSS correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between private listed companies management efficiency index and the competitiveness of enterprises. Through the studies of the private listed between corporate governance and the competitiveness of enterprises, to reveal some existing problems in the growth of current private listed companies, Research found that corporate governance structure and enterprise competitiveness has a closely relationship, except for the negative correlation between board structure and enterprise competitiveness, and the other indicators with enterprise competitiveness are positively related. Research results are basically in agreement with the actual in our country now. Finally, to solute the problems in corporate governance, puts forward some suggestions to the management of private enterprises.
