Abstract

The methods of microorganism cultivation and the experimental method of soil microorganism biochemistry activeness and enzyme activity are used to determine the three types of microorganism quantities and microorganism biochemistry activeness and the enzyme activity of Pinus massoniana at different rotations and different developmental stages, so as to promulgate whether successive Pinus massoniana has a phenomenon of the soil degradation in 5 and 10 stand age, and promulgate the influence to the change of soil characterizations with the change of soil microorganisms. The research indicate that all the index of the soil microorganism quantity, biomass, biochemistry activeness and the change of soil enzyme activity (except Nitrification and Polyphenol oxidase) in the first and second generation stands Pinus massoniana under the same condition have the vertical and horizonal distribution, and which decrease with the increase of the soil depth. In 5 and 10 stand age, the change of the soil microorganism quantity, biomass, biochemistry activeness and the change of soil enzyme activity is very clearly In 5 stand age, the quantities of Bacterium and Actinomyces in second generation are higher than those of the first generation in each depth, and the quantities of Fungi is lower than that of the first generation in 0-10cm depth, but higher than that in 10-30cm depth; the index of Biomass, Respiration, Nitrification, Cellulase-decomposition, Urease, Invertase and Catalase in second generation are higher than those of the first generation, but the index of Ammonification, Proteinase and Polyphenol oxidase are lower than those of the first generation. In 10 stand age, the quantities of Bacterium and Actinomyces in second generation are higher than those of the first generation in every depth, and the quantities of Fungi is higher than that of the first generation in 0-20cm depth, but lower than that in 20-30cm depth; the index of Respiration is lower than that in first generation in 0-10cm depth, but higher that that in 10-30cm; the index of Biomass, Nitrification, Cellulase-decomposition, Invertase, Polyphenol oxidase and Catalase in second generation are higher than those of the first generation, but the index of Ammonification, Proteinase and Urease, are lower than those of the first generation. As a whole, soil environmental quality in second generation is higher than that in first generation, successive Pinus massoniana does not cause soil degradation.
