Abstract


Production and management of military enterprise has huge transformation in 21st century. It has the following new features, such as production period of military product is shortened; production upgrade quickens up, production transits from large batch and few types to a few types and small batch even the single set; delivery period is shortened; production quality is improved but cost is reduced increasingly and after sale service turns better. All the above-mentioned features put forward new requirements for the modern production management of the military enterprise. Since the new technological production and new technology in the field of operational research, system engineering and micro-electronics appear and grow up simultaneously, which promotes the development of production management theory and method, many new thinking and trend appear, are spread and used in practice gradually in recent few years.Firstly, this paper introduces the background of choice item and meaning, and discusses the correlated theories in production management. And it points out the existed question in the current production management and analyzes the significance for XX military enterprise to implement the upgrade of production management based on its detailed analysis. This paper focuses on the analysis of current production management flow, point out the partial upgrade project of production management flow for XX military enterprise and researches some detail implementing problem of production management.This paper provides theoretical reference for military enterprises on the upgrade of production flow. It has definite academic meaning and practical value.
