Abstract


The Party and the government pay much attention to peasantry,agriculture and countryside. Good ecological environment in the countryside is the need to solve the“there agricultural problems”and to construct the rural Well-off society in all-round. If not good ecological environment in the countryside and reasonable usage of agricultural resource, there would not be the sustainable development of modern agricultural and rural economy, what’s more, the rural Well-off society in all-round could not be achieved. Based on the investigation of general environmental situation and the existing pollution conditions of Jiulongpo area of Chongqing city, the paper comprehensively analysizes the rural environmental situation, furthermore, a systemic study on the solution for rural environmental protection and typical rural environmental protection is made.At present, the countryside is confronted with the stern problem of ecological environment and the rural environmental pollution is serious, but there is not enough attention paid to the ponderance of rural environmental pollution and the importance of strengthening protection, the rural environmental protection institution is unsound, the environmental protection procession is frail, the peasantry is deficient in the sense of environmental protection and the technology and measure needed by rural environmental protection is almost nothing. The rural environmental protection is a systemic project, which needs not only reinforcing people’s sense of environmental protection and perfecting laws and systems of environmental protection but also strengthening environmental protection. Using the way of“addition,subtration,multiplication and division”can control non-point source pollution (NPSP) effectively.The pollution of rural environment is caused by agriculture itself as well as industry, so traditional agricultural production is confronted with great challenges in the aspect of environment. Connecting the development of Jiulonhpo area of Chongqing city and applying the principle of ecology, the paper puts forward the development of ecological agriculture, expatiates on the significance of developing ecological agriculture, nails down the steps of development of ecological agriculture in Jiulongpo area, investigates the general situation of ecological agriculture in Jiulongpo area by taking the examples of Tian Long agricultural ecological garden belonging to Chongqing Rong Kang limited company of agricultural exploitation and Doctor
