Abstract


With the advent of the knowledge economy, high-tech industry has become the focus of competition to gain advantages for different countries and regions. Because of the complexity and rapid updates of high technology, innovation has become the soul of cluster development.This paper focuses on knowledge innovation in high-tech enterprises clusters and analyzes decision-making behaviors of the enterprises. This paper studies the complex game process of choosing collaborative innovation, imitation innovation or independent innovation; illuminates the importance of partner selection in high-tech enterprise clusters, and summarizes main partner selection criteria which includes the technical capacity, complement core competencies, reputation, history of cooperation, strength balance and techniques similarity; then analyzes the pros and cons of the relation strength between the enterprises on knowledge innovation. The paper establishes the conceptual model of the impact of the enterprise innovation decision-making on knowledge innovation in high-tech clusters.Secondly, based on the establishment of a conceptual model, this paper concludes that the network of high-tech enterprise cluster is small-world network in light of theoretical analysis and empirical studies and defines the inter-firm relations and knowledge dimensions in high-tech enterprise cluster.Based on the existing dynamic model of knowledge network, the paper establishes the network model of high-tech enterprises cluster adding weighted knowledge network model and the innovative capability of enterprises; Next, this paper establishes models of enterprises knowledge sharing and innovation and business partner selection, applying the election mechanism to the way of connectivity of the weighted knowledge network model.This paper uses VC++ to simulate the model to explore the effect of different partner selection mechanisms, innovation models and relation ties on knowledge innovation. Finally, based on the simulation results, along with questionnaire survey, this paper sums up the problems of knowledge innovative activities in China’s high-tech enterprises cluster and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies.
