Abstract


With the development of water environment management, management based on ecological zones is attended more and more, and play an increasing role. In view of this, China officially launched the basin water ecological function zoning to major rivers across the country in 2008, to the adoption of ecological functional areas target guiding different regions achieve reasonable functional zoning, reflecting the "classification, zoning, grading and staging" concept of watershed water quality management by objectives, also providing technical support for water ecological conservation, restoration and pollution control management of basin.The overall guiding idea of water ecological function zoning is one-rated and two-raed zoning based on natural properties; three-rated and four-rated zoning based on properties of human activities. Water ecological function zoing of different basins have different positions on zoing levels in accordance with its own characteristics. This article is based on Huaihe River water ecological function zoning sub-topic, on the basis of Huaihe River water ecological function one-rated and two-raed zoning, selecting pilot area in Henan Province, carried out the pilot study of the theory and method of Huaihe River water ecological function three-rated zoing-regional water environment pressure zoning, to the adoption of this study of water environment pressure zoning, providing technical methods and valuable experience for that the sub-topic carry out a comprehensive Huaihe River three-rated zoing in "the Twelfth Five-Year" period.This article selected Luohe and Pingdingshan areas as pilot study area, to scientific and rational completes water environment pressure zoning of pilot area, first, the study built the evaluation index system of water environment pressure zoing using frequency analysis and theoretical analysis from the perspective of ecosystem; on this basis, selected respectively water environment pressure zoning indicators of study area through correlation analysis and principal component analysis; partitioned respectively using two zoning indicators that are determined by these two analysis methods, adopted those zoning results each test to adjustment and determine the zoning result of study area; and also checked to the adjustment zoning result that to ensure the effect of adjustment zoning result. According to the research ideas, the better result of water environment pressure zoning were determined in this study area, concrete results is that Luohe and Pingdingshan area is divided into class 5 district 7 (5 different types of water environment pressure areas,7 districts)
