Abstract


With development of the global economical integration and internationaliz- ation, many companies are beginning to find out ways to form a large group enterprise or to be a member of a group. But the difficulty of management remains a big problem to the group company while expanding. The traditional enterprise management mode can not satisfy the need of group enterprise management. Therefore, the group enterprise should be how to make reasonable performance examine and scientific evaluation becomes an important problem to be resolved. For the uniqueness of group enterprise performance examine, this paper based on qualitative and quantitative analysis method and combining empirical case analysis, to construct a group enterprise performance examine indicator system and comprehensive evaluation model. The purpose is to provide helpful reference to our group enterprise performance appraisal theory and practice.Firstly, this paper based on theory of the formation and development of the group enterprise, analyses the difference and the contact between the group enterprise and the company, the article defined as the connotation of the core concept of performance examine and concept of performance management, expounded the basic theory of group enterprise performance examine, for the study of group enterprise performance examine providing general theory support. Secondly, illustrate the importance of group enterprise performance examine and explain that group enterprise performance examine include that group company performance examine and subsidiary company performance examine.Then, according to the characteristics of group enterprise performance examine, proposed the principles of establishing group enterprise performance examine system, constructing the benchmarking type group enterprise performance examine indicator system and comprehensive evaluation model. According to evaluation results, diagnosis and analysis the group enterprise performance examine indicator system.Finally, with Tian wei group for example, analyses of the actual operation of benchmarking type group enterprise performance examine indicator system and the comprehensive evaluation model, puts forward practical suggestions about group enterprise performance examine for the actual application.
