Abstract


With the scale of development and the pace of company’s expansion, the GroupCompany has become to be an important part in promoting the development of economy.How to realize the effective management and control of the corporation’s urgent has becometo a problem which must to be solved in the process of the enterprise groups development. Asone of the important link of the group control (strategic, financial, human resources), humanresource management and control plays an important role on human resource integration andthe achievement of the whole value of group enterprise, which is the basic guarantee for theachievement of enterprises strategy. How to build the human resources management andcontrol system become to be an important problems which must be considered for groupenterprises managers.This paper tries to precede from the group control and human resource managementtheories, take the EIG group as the research object, discussed the specific implementation ofhuman resource management and control. The paper includes five parts, firstly pointed out thesignificance and the research goal, carried on the analysis to the domestic and foreign ofgroup company human resources management theory, laid out the research ideas and methodsin this thesis; the second chapter is the theoretical of this paper, defined the content of basicconcept, analysis the control mode selection factors and human resource management, theinfluence of group company human resources management and the value and cost of differentcontrol mode of the group company human resource management model; the third chaptercarried on the questionnaire survey to the current control situation of EIG company from thehuman resource planning and recruitment, performance management, training and promotion,pointed out the problems in the process of human resources management; on this basis,chapter four studied the pattern optimization of EIG company’ s human resourcesmanagement, cleared the positioning of human resource management group, constructed theEIG company’s human resources management architecture by supervision pattern, discussedon the specific system of human resources planning, performance salary management, stafftraining and job promotion; at the last, the paper discussed the implementation security of theimplementation control mode, including achieving the support of the leaders, training humanresources management team, constructing the human resource sharing platform and enterpriseculture, building human resource management information system.This paper is an empirical analysis of EIG company’s human resources management, theresearch results of this article can provided the theory instruction for EIG Company’s HRM;on the other hand provided the information and reference for the other State-owned groupcompany’s HRM.
