Abstract


Looking from the global scale, the enterprise survival environment of development is getting more and more turbulent changeable, which causes the enterprise to have the project substantive more and more characteristics, therefore we may through one kind of new management pattern - enterprise project management (EPM), the method comes to be able to promote. Before the social productive forces degree of development achieves the quite high level, the huge investment is essential, But the use of investment resources are very limited, investment decision appropriate or not is very important to the investor. To provide the loan the bank is also pivotal. The social practice needs to establish a set objectively scientific to carry on the analysis, the proof and the appraisal theory and the method system to the investment plan, The project comprehensive financial appraisal is playing the vital role in the project investment decision process.Speaking of the finance assessment method which present uses, its research mentality is one quantitative method, Namely cash inflows and cash outflow each year will possibly occur through in the estimate project future average life, using fund time value and fund equivalent principle, calculates the related economic efficiency evaluating indicator of the investment plan. Merely the dependence single or several targets make final policy-making the basis, the assessment method lacks rigorous and the scientific nature.The finance information system’s complicated influencing factor causes the accounting information system’s complication, therefore the analysis project finance present situation, forecast project finance questions and so on relies on the information which is "the part complete" or "the poor informedness", namely financial system’s pessimistic. Financial system’s pessimistic, causes traditional the assessment method to guarantee the financial appraisal conclusion with difficulty to make the result scientific guarantee. Therefore, it is the important theory significance and the practical significance based on the gray connection analysis’s enterprise project synthesis finance appraisal aspect’s research regarding the theory and the practice.The gray system is refers to the partial information to be clear, the partial information not explicit system, it is opposite in the information completely explicit white system and the information not explicit darkly system completely. Strictly, the gray system is absolute, but the white system and the darkly system are relative. The enterprise project’s financial synthesis condition is a gray system. Deals with the issue based on the incomplete pessimistic information are precisely the gray system method key character. This article uses the enterprise project financial situation existence the pessimistic characteristic, according to grey system theory and method, proposed the gray synthesis finance assessment method. The establishment finance gray connection static state appraisal and the dynamic evaluation two kinds of models, and carry on the model the applied analysis research.
