Abstract


30 years of reform and opening up, China’s government carried out a series of economic system and distribution system, achieved the objective of improving people’s living standards. But with the economic development, China’s income distribution system problems gradually exposed.Since the founding of our country’s income distribution system has undergone a series of reforms, and ultimately determine the distribution according to work-based, multi-distribution system of distribution coexist, and "efficiency" and "fairness" issue has become the income distribution system reform focus should continue to "cake" to do more, or should first "cake" is more evenly divided, as current income distribution system must be immediately resolved. From the beginning of reform and opening up the income distribution system in China has been more emphasis on efficiency, even after the economy developed, the fair has also been mentioned in the first place, but the unfair distribution of income distribution remains a significant problem exists. With economic development, this distribution can not meet the needs of society. The existing distribution system led to large income gap, income distribution and other issues are restricting unreasonable build a socialist harmonious society. After entering the new century, the state implemented a number of columns income distribution reform, but the effect is not obvious, the problem is not resolved. Especially in the financial crisis, we clearly see that our economy can make healthy and sustainable development, we must vigorously expand domestic demand and promote consumption of domestic residents, which makes the income distribution system reform to promote fair and equitable distribution of income is particularly urgent.In this paper, the first chapter reviews the relevant theories of equity and efficiency, including domestic and foreign scholars in each school a long time for "fairness" and "efficiency" to the main point is the proposed reform of the income distribution system theory. The second chapter reviews the income distribution since the founding of our country from the reform process, and to study the existence of the income distribution system at all stages of the corresponding problems for the current income distribution system reform to provide historical reference. The third chapter describes the present stage of building a harmonious society the requirements of the income distribution system reform, indicating that the current income distribution system reform and the necessary sense of building a harmonious socialist society the most basic requirements; The fourth chapter is the focus of analysis of the income distribution system at this stage some problems, mainly the widening income gap, caused by an irrational distribution pattern of equity can not be reflected.
