Abstract


Achieving coordinated development of regional economic is not only facing problems of different regions of the world, but also common goal within the same regional groups of economies. China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries are located in the Eurasian Continental abdomen. The exception of Turkmenistan, are part of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the large economic gap has serious weakened solidarity and cohesion of regional economic cooperation among the SCO, and has serious affected the normal development and the process of regional economic integration of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Therefore, how to take effective measures to establish and improve the regional economic coordination mechanisms, and promote China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries to coordinated development and narrow their regional economic disparities, not only related to the pace of economic development, economic development level and local people’s living standards of these economies, but also further development of the SCO regional economic cooperation and the eventual realization of regional economic integration. In this paper, author has carefully studied the basic law of economic development the geo-location similar regional, quantitative studied regional economic differences among China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries, detailed analysed economic complementarity among China’s Xinjiang and the Central Asian countries, tried to put forward regional economic coordination implementation mechanisms among China’s Xinjiang and Central Asia country and effective policy recommendations for difficulties the coordinated development of regional economic among China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries.The full text is divided into seven chapters. ChapterⅠ:Introduction. This paper introduces the background、significance、synthesis、content and the basic framework of topics, as well as research methods and technical routes.PartⅡ:The basic theory of coordinated development of regional economy. This chapter first defined concept of regional economic coordinated development, and then, analyse and introduce the theory related to regional economic coordinated development at home and abroad, which provides theoretical guidance for the subject of this study. PartⅢ:The present situation of Economic Development and Cooperation of China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries,which provides the real regional economic background for coordinated development of regional economy. ChapterⅣ:The differences analysis of regional economy among China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries. This chapter quantitative analyzes the GDP and GDP per capita the differences of the economies,and ultimately come to the conclusion that China’s Xinjiang and the Central Asian country’s economic development is the lack of co-ordination. ChapterⅤ:The analysis of economic complementarity among China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries, which provides the material basis and actual conditions of regional economic coordinated development. ChapterⅥ:The coordination mechanisms of China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries. This chapter discusses coordination mechanisms at the government level and market-level. ChapterⅦ:The policy recommendations of the coordinated development of regional economy among China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries. This chapter first discusses the co-ordination difficulties of the coordinated development of regional economy; on this basis, put forward the policy recommendations of promoting regional economic coordinated development of China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries.
