Abstract


With the broad application of modern information communication technology in education area , higher education is releasing from the bondage of fixed time and fixed space. At the same , higher education is changing its intrinsic educational objects , educational contents ,educational system and traditional instructional modes to meet the needs of life-long learning. Learning support service’s application provide powerful support for realizing these change. Learning support service refers to a sub-system of instructional system , which is organic system including information, resource , human and establishment Learning support service is important content of educational technology research. .It can assist students to self-directed learn and promote quality and effect of learning. At present , all research on learning support service focus on its application in distance education. In fact, learning support service also has essential effect in common higher education. So , the thesis research on constructing learning support service system in traditional higher education , covers it both in theory and in practice.Firstly ,the thesis analyzes learning support service in detail from its research status quo overseas and in our country , also analyzes the function and structure of learning support service in distance education . Based on it, the thesis then integrates learning support service with the fact of university , bringing forward function .basic elements service items , programming design strategies and application models of learning support service system in traditional higher education. Study indicates that: the learning support service in traditional higher education includes following functions: instructional support service , self-directed learning service and learning process management . Learning support service in traditional higher education is made up of information service , resource service , personnel service and establishment service . Programming design strategies of learning support service in traditional higher education consist of characters of whole students , needs of subject or course , instructional environment , students size , management system and educational devotion. these six elements interact each other.Based on the theoretical analysis above , this thesis then investigate the administration and students of jiangxi traditional colleges and universities to acquire their opinion of constructing learning support service system in traditional higher education.
