Abstract


The main line of this essay is energy consumption analysis of Hebei Province, using of unit root test, cointegration tests, Granger causality test, error correction model and other methods, the relationship between a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of energy consumption and economic development of the dynamic make an empirical analysis. In energy consumption, it is directly related with economic development and environmental protection for sustainable development of these key issues in a more comprehensive, based on the analysis of the level of our province’s future energy development model predictive analysis and policy recommendations.This article originally innovative in terms of capital and labor-sharing elements of the energy factor in the production function, from the C-D in a separate labor and capital away from the formation of the third element, to analyze the energy consumption and economic growth in the number of general relations, and to explore the relationship between the two interaction, and thus infer to focus on the short-term and long-term policy and development strategy, in order to reduce the cyclical nature of the energy shortage, adapt to economic growth and structural adjustment requirements, taking into account the protection of the environment and so on balance, and to achieve economic development sustainability.Finally, on the basis of empirical research, this article draw on the experience of foreign energy consumption, combined with our country’s existing green energy strategies,and give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote green energy consumption in Hebei Province.
