Abstract


As an agricultural country，the growth of rural economy has becomethe backbone of national economy which influences the entire economiclevel directly. Although there are various development factors whichaffect rural economy, the rural finance development is closely relatedto the county economic growth. Rural Credit Union in Xian You plays anessential role in the rural finance, not only adjust the way ofagriculture industrialization which requires substantial capitalinvestment，but also through the transfer of surplus labor force. All ofabove are indispensable from the support of Rural Credit Union. Theanalysis of the optimal allocation of resources and the maximization ofcapital utility between Xian You Rural Credit Union and county economywill significantly influence the sustainable development of economy andthe improvement of local people’s living standard. At present, due tothe influence of various factors as the majority of local funds flow tothe city, we need to make further research in the optimization of localeconomy’s finance total amount and structure as well as the system.Especially, as the rural credit union is the domination force of ruralfinance, we also need to make further investigation on how to promotethe county economy.First of all, we need to make research on the background of ournational financial development and economic growth, which is aim toanalyze the system of our national finance and economy since the reformand openness, so as to provide the basis for the research of mutualinfluence and effect. Secondly, we can analyze the effects of financialdevelopment to economic growth from different perspectives through thetheoretical research of the scholars inland and oversea. Thirdly, we cananalyze the development of rural economy and the management of RuralCredit Union according to the development situation of the dual structure in urban and rural economy. Then we can combine the correlation analysisto provide the reliable basis for further analysis in the effects offinancial development to economic growth. Finally, we can provide thepractical policy recommendations for existing problems based on the localpolicy and the conclusion of correlation analysis.
