Abstract

Income distribution is an important problem that economists has pay attention on it, and in this field the theoretical research are also many. In reality and social development, income distribution problem has becoming a hot social our attention. The government facing widening income gap is trying to reform of the income distribution policy. In the reform process, the government has a deeper understanding of the knowledge of the relationship between efficiency and fairness.Through the. comparative study of classical economics period, new classical economics period, Keynes’s income distribution theory and the description China problems in income distribution situation, get on some enlightenments of the relationship between efficiency and fairness.Classical economics period, new classical economics period, Keynes’s income distribution theory of comparative study has its practical meaning and theoretical significance. Theoretical significance is that economists income distribution theory is the actual data analysis and generalization, and therefore can be for analysis of income distribution process to provide the reference. Realistic significance is for socialist modernization and dealing with good efficiency and fairness it has certain reference value and significance.This paper adopts the combining research methods of theoretical analysis and text interpretation, static analyses and dynamic analyses, Through comparative study of classical economics period, new classical economics period, Keynes’s income distribution theory, This paper concluded that the relationship between efficiency and fairness.Through the classical economics period, new classical economics period, Keynes’s income distribution theory reviews and comparative study can be concluded that the classical economists use.distribution theory as the core part of economic theory, Such as ricardian thought of political economics research topics should be different classes of distribution rule in the production process of goods. Neoclassical economists inherited and developed the classical economists traditional distribution rule, it has now become the basic component of economics textbooks of factors of production distribution theory. And the new classical economists use the income distribution problems as only one of the problems of general price formation. In their view, as long as the market mechanism can be bring into full play, production elements according to its price obtained income is fair and reasonable. And John Maynard Keynes broke traditional market-based income distribution theory that depend entirely on the market of the income distribution is no good, he advocated to state intervention, cooperate with some way of policies and measures to establish the macro regulation of individual income difference of economic system.China faces of the income distribution practical problems. The income gap widening, the emergence of a polarizing gini coefficient is expanding constantly, has surpassed the international cordon. The widening income gap among industry, the region between the income distribution gap widening urban-rural between residents, the income level of gap bigger also. Aiming at the income distribution problems and contradictions, government is ongoing income distribution policy reform.
