Abstract


With the advent of knowledge economy era, knowledge has become the key to corporate survival and development. Facing to rapidly changing economic environment and competitive environment, many companies have begun to explore the road of knowledge management and knowledge management practices to achieve success. Knowledge management is a new management model to adapt to the era of knowledge economy. In the era of rapid development of information technology, knowledge acquisition,consolidation and integration of innovation will become a powerful force for the development of enterprises.However, since the concepts and theories of knowledge management have been there, the field of consulting engineering for the understanding of the theory of knowledge management is also not comprehensive enough, the utilization of knowledge management is not mature enough, how to use knowledge management in the engineering consulting projects have the theory and practice of double significance for the engineering consulting enterprises.Qingdao, Jian-Hui Company explored the field of the project of knowledge management, such as the establishment of OA platform, managing the information documenting, encouraging knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation, but due to lack of knowledge management theory to guide knowledge management methods and techniques to master is not adequate, they did not receive the desired effect.In this paper, knowledge management from the engineering consulting industry, start with the status quo, leads to the purpose and significance of this research. Based on the engineering consulting project to define, we described knowledge management theory relevant content, and project knowledge management, descript project management consulting project, and then build a theoretical framework of this article; Integrated Project knowledge management as the key points and key factors that make engineering consulting projects related to knowledge management strategies, mainly to build a environment where staffs can learn together, share knowledge, common improve, to build a knowledge-sharing incentives and construct a knowledge management system platform; Based on making engineering consulting projects knowledge management strategy,it built a knowledge management system, which is composed of PSCA closed-loop.
